We are looking for an exceptional, multi-talented Sr. Operations Manager / Chief of Staff who thrives in high-growth environments, brings structure to big vision, and acts as the ultimate force multiplier for leadership and creative output.
The Opportunity
As our Sr. Operations Manager / Chief of Staff, you will serve as the strategic engine and administrative backbone of the company. Working hand-in-hand with the Founder & Executive Producer, you will translate expansive artistic and entrepreneurial visions into actionable systems, streamlined production pipelines, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Operations
Partner directly with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, monitor corporate goals, and drive operational efficiency across all business pillars.
Standardize internal workflows, digital asset management, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and cross-team communications.
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships move forward seamlessly.
Media Production & Project Management
Manage cross-functional timelines for slate development—including docu-series, short films, live touring experiences, and digital media projects.
Coordinate production logistics, shoot preparation, shot lists, production contracts, talent documentation, and licensing requirements.
Maintain oversight of production budgets, vendor agreements, and operational scheduling.
Business Development & Special Projects
Assist in assembling pitch decks, executive one-sheets, grant/scholarship applications, and funding prospectuses for investors and corporate partners.
Track external partnerships, community outreach initiatives, and agritourism/live event implementations.
Manage high-priority corporate communications, contractor deliverables, and team accountability across creative and business divisions.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 4–6+ years in operations management, media production coordinating, executive strategy, or Chief of Staff roles within creative agencies, entertainment, or media startups.
Systems Mindset: Exceptional fluency in project management tools, budget management, workflow automation, and administrative structuring.
Production Literacy: Solid familiarity with media production lifecycles—from concept, scripting, and pitch packaging to post-production and distribution.
Strategic Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional prospectuses, agreements, and executive correspondence.
Cultural Alignment: A genuine appreciation for Western heritage, storytelling, media arts, and community-driven cultural initiatives.
